The purchase of this SMALL portion of land isn't big enough to make a significant material difference as outlined in section 2.01 of the attached SEC description.
I strongly believe it is not good to tell investors that an 8k MUST be released and disappoint them when it isn't, because the purchase isn't SIGNIFICANT enough to trigger the 8-k.
Disappointing many who have not done DD with something like this would cause selling panic when there doesn't need to be. The permits are filed, therefore a portion of the land is owned. Follow the permit application!!!!
The company is doing this extremely smart and keeping things close to the vest until it is substantially down the road in approvals and build. Excitement doesn't need to happen just YET imo.
