No question he talks a good talk but he is clueless on how a publicly traded company works.

In a couple more weeks he will have to produce a quarterly - (although DiPrima's name was on the last one). Let's see how he does with that and what's in it as far as the debt.
Looking for more accredited investors did he say? That didn't sound good to me. As he had already borrowed more money from the other two toxic lenders that picked up the balance of old debt from Rockwell/Oshana.
