I believe the warrants were converted to restricted shares.

Cohen isn't selling or there would be Form 4s. Must be someone else with a boatload that they want to offload. They are being careful about it though.

Seems to have something to do with short covering that still needs to happen.

Whatever the case, someone is picking up a lot of shares in the 30s.
