He has not answered mine from last week. His answer to you is a non answer. Late in filings, late on merger, late on merger update all the while dumping. They better have one heel of a good explanation for this or you can forget about getting past trip 5's without a reverse split.
I will not be hurt but sadly many here who have been averaging down will be. I would be pissed as hell if I were you and flood this guys email demanding answers.
