How do you arrive at this conclusion? Have you read and followed everything thing they have done and said? Have you called them and voiced your concerns? I have a completely different take on this subject.

They do not have a moderate concern for SP< they have no concern for it at this point at all.

Let me break this down.

They do have a concern for SP

but,

they are not taking any action to rectify the issue.

That is what is so frustrating.
