IMHO, anyone who says this is a "front loaded" scam are misinformed. RO, Fielder, and DeLeon & Company, PA wouldn't get involved in something like that and risk going to jail. Why sue for the 54 million shares and spent that kind of money, if this was a "front loaded" scam. That in itself, should be enough to disprove any doubts that this isn't real. And, many within the company are saying they are looking at going to NASDAQ and they appear to be methodically building up the company to do so. Too much DD that points in that direction, but we will see where this goes very soon and all doubters will be quieted.
