Disappointment regarding non-operational factors
The company has some steps to complete to get rid of the legacy real estate business, which didn't work out. It's taken longer than expected to get those issues resolved. The CEO is trying very hard to come up with a near term resolution.
Operationally, the company is moving forward at a good pace. They've already got contracts signed for well over $100mm in revenue at 15-20% gross margins. The cost structure is lean and he can sign many more contracts once a few steps happen.
In my opinion, the stock is languishing because of impatience. It's a good opportunity to add...I see $0.60 of value just on the existing contracts and the CEO can grow this business many fold from there.
