They are illegal because it's info that's not yet public. No wonder the Mods in that group don't want anyone but them to contact him. They want to control the flow of that info and trade ahead of the group. It's why they delete anyone who has questions or isn't simply a blind moron following their lead. Not the kind of group I'd be a part of.
