Every time there is a 10-K or 10-Q, that's bad news. Always sell right before it comes out if possible. Price always goes down. OWCP financials never have good things written in them.

Same... dilution, broke, on the brink, need stockholders' money.

Yeah financials are very different from the prnewswire articles. All the good things we hear about OWCP in those articles and newsletters we don't read about in the financials... ever.
