The balance sheet for these guys is nuts. Cash on hand and assets with some serious OTTV shares. Convertible debt pretty much gone. They now have Agropharmacia which is a revenue generating business. Not to mention they are working toward cannabis license in Puerto Rico. All of this combined with very small OS of around 352 million. Pretty much a no brainer IMO!
