There is no long term reversal in sight. Short term reversal was yesterday afternoon and maybe a bit today.

Long term reversal can only be triggered by real news that wins back the trust of the longs who have been dumping for a while now. News such as the actual sale of the cream or an actual patent approved by the USPTO. Maybe even a reduction in the number of shares could do some good. That's how things turn around.

OWCP is the only stock whose chart has nothing good to it. Every other chart has at least some good and bad to it, but this one is a slow and painful death.

Long dumping is continuous for the next 4 months. If you are looking to accumulate, you will have a long time to do so AFTER OWCP bottoms out under 5 cents. Oh and there will be more than enough shares for everyone, so just be patient and wait on the sidelines.
