2.134 - 780 million Mr P shares held by ENTI 78k holding on 2011 filing = 1.354 billion

780 million Mr P shares to ABVG , 1.35 Billion reserve DUTV to ABVG , 2.876 billion to PTEL then to ABVG

Maybe ... But, I get 6-10 million left and or oversold for sure...
