Is the float locked up??? Far from it! The float is loose and has been loosening up the last so many months. Long dumping is the reason. Investors are losing whatever false hope they had and now we are seeing the Long Exodus.
Be advised that although the close at .36 offered a nice flipping opportunity, that window has closed and now OWCP is going to come back down. Don't feel discouraged such that you chase and buy at .35. There is no reason at all to buy right here at .35. My guess is that people are going to be shorting it real nice and this is why:
