I understand... I doubt they're selling shares to drop it to no bid just for laughs. And, using shares for funding isn't a scam... fun, no! Healthy, generally no! But not a scam.
Now, I admittedly haven't been around long at all and only own a bunch of ones as a flyer so I'm not concerned in the least...
Has the CEO been dishonest about dilution? And not, "he should have told us it was happening" dishonest... like, "he said no, it isn't happening even though it really was" dishonest...?
