We'll I suppose if CYTR's CEO, SK, DOES NOTHING, NASDAQ could delist CYTR. That would constitute gross negligence and surely SK would not shoot himself in the head by doing something so stupid. If he asks for an extenion, I'm almost certain it will be granted. Simple as that.
I'm sure there are those still working for his removal. I just want to see what should have already been made public. Who knows why the delay? IMO, Dr Pat will have some representation in CYTR going forward. Most likely, a seat(s) on the BOD. I'll defer to Dr. Pat for now but I signed the petition for SK's removal weeks ago and if it came up for a vote to stay or go, my vote would be GO! So there you go. lol!
