Mr. Green,

My broker is in Canada as well, Questrade. The British Columbia Securities Commission has had a 'cease trade' order on BVTK for over a year. However, Questrade was willing to make an exception and let the trade go through-- not by my trading platform but through the trade desk, with 'higher up' approval after I appealed the original 'no'.

I take it that the US based brokers are not enforcing the ban at all???
