NDD just means no dealing desk brokers or market makers. They handle straight through or electronic orders. It doesn't really tell you much.

Straight through orders are computerized processed without broker intervention. Like trading platforms we use, these orders can go through without a broker intervention. So it might just be retails taking profit.
