Time will show who is right.But in the meantime if one were so inclined to do the math on the current debt load and conversion features,together with how the law of supply and demand works on penny stocks?They would be able to understand what direction doubling the AS and diluting daily has on the pps.Of course if this company does land contracts and deals worthy of profits rather then losses?The pps would recover at that time,but in the meantime the trend is your friend when you're a trader.

Lower lows daily,back to sub pennies where I will lose interest until and unless there is something material such as a merger with a legit company with sales or an sec inquiry relating to the financial and public statements made and prepared by the company.
