per the board here only pphm could target ps. which was complete bs. bayer needs ps and found a way on their own.

It's about patented technology NOT about who COULD target PS.

Annexin V targets PS. It only lasts ~30 minutes

Bavi is at 30 plus hours I believe.

Who the hell ever said only PPHM could target PS. I think you made that up.
