Riiight...no value here. No 2 real, profitable restaurants and a 3rd coming. No franchising with a goal of 3 restaurants a year. No cross-boned, dark and defunct shell uplisted to pink current in 3 months. And there could never be a chance for a name change, I think kenergy scientific encapsulates the essence of hibachi. And surely the owner is going to split his 3.2 B shared and lose money. He would never retire them in exchange for preferred D shares. That would make too much sense. He's only a Harvard grad. Nothing to see here, think I'll sell now :-D
