Are you of the opinion they did not buy the land?

If you look at the daily deed recordings, you'll see that they are days or weeks old before they get to the courthouse.

The title company doesn't have to run over there right away. We may not see it for weeks.

If you check my postings from months ago, I posted info on which land deal was involved - including the asking price for the land and maps. And the very same land was shown on a Mmex website with Hanks at some meeting.
Previous filings claimed the land had already been purchased in February.

I still think this is nothing more than an insider enrichment scheme and Hanks should not be trusted.

I'm in the real estate business and unless you know the exact title company you are SOL on finding information until it's filed and that could take a month or so! Even if you do have the correct title company, they probably would not give you that info anyways. Nice try though.
