IMO that's no different than selling a house you know has dangerous gas leaks without disclosing them.
Or selling someone a vehicle you know has faulty brakes or other serious issues without telling them.


In every scam there's a perpetrator and a victim. And sometimes the perpetrator has an accomplice.
In these pinky scams you're an accomplice by helping to keep it going and create more victims.
