Smile86, if that happened and Libigel or the safety data resurfaced at Abbvie or another Large Pharma Company at a later date, shutting us out of the potential winfall, I believe I am well positioned to help a law firm build a strong case for a Class Action lawsuit representing both Biosante and ANIP investors.

However, I don't believe it will ever come to that, as I believe in the integrity of many of those on Biosante's BOD and in ANIP's management.
