I agree. ISBG has been highly victorious for the noteholders who were able to sell billions of shares in the past few months for 100%+ profits thanks to discounted conversion rates. And ISBG's recent promise of big news on the way promises to sucker in at least a few new buyers to help dump some of the remaining 2.5 billion or so shares over the coming weeks.
