3. O/S is high, according to the CEO, there will be a share buyback.
Good to see you on this board. Potential for major contracts and extremely strong leadership are my driving forces for buying and holding here. Bought in late April and have continued to add.

My Concerns Exactly, Agreed something is not right here .... Stop Sign with an enormous share structure, heavy volume with hardly any increase in share Price, RSI in Overbought territory = Pure dilution .... a billionaire would not need to dilute, good story though .... think about it .... imo .... .0040 next week .... GLTU ....!!!!
