You are correct Cheds in that an RS is a scarlet letter of sorts; however, there are no absolutes in the OTC, and saying that "no one will touch this thing before the RS" could prove fallible.

I have seen, maybe 1% of the time, where a stock will go up before an RS. That was when the RS was used to uplist to a higher exchange, so we will have to wait and see what happens here.

Let's not spread fear and pandemonium for kicks. The market will figure it out on its own.
