These prices won't last long.

I would be adding if I can free up some cash.

Sub $1.00 will be a thing of the past too soon enough.

IMO, the answer is yes at any point under .30. Keep in mind that I am a trader with 500+K shares at an average of .172. I am looking to, and know I will, cash out around .35 - .40 within the next three months. I will probably buy back in over .55, possibly average down, and have no problem with that as it will be most likely on it's way to a $1+, after that, into mid 2018. This assumes solid revenue growth, and reduced net loss, in Q3 & Q4 from NV and a successful launch in CA.
