Nice job, this does appear to be it, large company with prob 5 or 6 subsidiaries, will do some more research this week when I get a chance but right now looks good on the surface. Wonder if the whole company is being rolled in here or just a single subsidiary..??

Whatever the case, we should end up pretty well with this merger, especially combined with a 96% insider ownership....we'll see.
