Clueless. We've traded above 04 for months now - 03's may or may not pop up, but if they do they won't last long! Good luck. The slightest bit of buying volume sends us north extremely quickly - DOLV trades on air, float is locked, no dilution, earth shattering news imminent = Perfect Storm.
