Sure, to consolidate the share count. Has no adverse effects to what goes into our pockets at the end of the day.

Point is, RS will only be conducted if it is absolutely necessary to advance the company.... and not just because the OS/AS is high.

Share price at $1 when IND submitted? That means a market cap of almost $1B. That isn't going to happen and it won't even be close. I can see $1B once success with patients is confirmed but that is a long, long, long way away yet (and even then you best review revenue agreements with other parties). That is what dilution will do for you at almost 1B shares outstanding (and up almost 400M in the last year). I might have agreed with you one year ago but not now.
