On 7/27 you said you confirmed with OWCP via email that they filed paperwork to be listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange.

This is a public company and this information has yet to be released to the public. So, did the company release information to you that they were not supposed to? Or, did you lie? When asked to provide a link or email documentation, you said email the company yourself.

I wanted to believe there was a ML guy.....but this is why I no longer believe in your ML guy.
