Amen! Desperately reacting to Ronin out of self-preservation. Such a sad lot!

Just as Ronin stated, another attempt to entrench themselves. New directors may have had some credibility if the current criminals would agree to resign.

Even more depressing is the rest of the PR which basically says there is no plan except to evaluate alternatives.

Same old same old-dangle some carrots that never amount to anything.

And if Avid was doing so great, as some seem to think, why now is Tustin recognizing that Avid has customer problems?

Just pathetic.

Even more justification to go with Ronin.

Maybe Ronin made a deal they get to keep raping us for 500K a year and Ronin's guys get on the ballet.

Not my preference but it would be a start.

Fake news. Market isn't buying what Tustin is selling. No PM trades.

More BS and SHs are stupid. Even Most of this board should see thru this. How many years have SHs asked for expansion of BOD and been ignored. Only now with Ronin breathing down their neck. And even then they attempt to maneuver around Ronin. If they have 7 candidates and Ronin has 3 then I guess they still have majority no matter what

jakedogman, it is just a formality. They already have them. The Avid Director is the one to find but they don't need the ASM to vote him in.

The BoD can assign the CEO.

Dear Lord I hope not.
