#28147 RE: tx_farmer #28145

Well said Tx Farmer. If there is one thing I'm convinced Dan was being truthful about it's that he didn't see his ouster coming. The size of his ego (self-promotion efforts, socializing with big wigs on the company dime) and tone deafness to shareholder interests and his lack of awareness of the poor job his investors thought he was doing was a big part of my frustration, so it's fitting he was surprised when he was asked to step down. I think now we are seeing a sense of optimism emerging among ADXS investors that has not been apparent for several years now given the erosion of shareholder value. I don't want to short-change our potential value in a buyout, so keeping my fingers crossed that Lombardo will maximize the value of the company in any near-term sale. If we can get back to our $30 high or potentially more that would be a great outcome for all, because even our largest investors like Adage didn't sell any at $30 so there was the presumption back then that Dan would generate value above $30. I'm giving Lombardo the benefit of the doubt that he can fill in where Dan fell short. Maybe after all is said and done and ADXS shareholder finally see a ROI, Dan will find his solemate BFF in Anthony Scaramucci and get a job working for him in the White House because there are clearly similarities in personality!
