Haha, Elysium and their Nobel prize winning lawyers. Thanks for the informative opinion and additional details on IPR. Elysium is very disappointing. I wonder what they will tell their investors... not to mention their former customers. I also wonder if they will publish any favorable science, or continue to play the greedy, cutthroat profits game.

I sure hope CDXC has the position of strength I expect they do, and that the science continues to prove out ... showing benefit in humans, especially related to energy and prevention of various forms of neurodegeneration.
