OTC stocks go up hundreds or thousands of percent on no news at all. There are so many supply and demand factors that investors never know about. If one traded other otc stocks they would know this. Most OTC as Rufus said move way before the news bc word spreads. Every experienced trader knows that the market always knows first. This stock can easily go to $1.00 and beyond on nothing fundamental. In OTC, supply and demand rules and OTC stocks are extremely thin. It takes little to move them one way or the other. For example, If only the CEO's wealthy business contacts come into the stock it could go well beyond $1.00. I see it happen on the OTC everyday. I agree with Rufus, momentum can take a stock beyond where anyone thinks it can go, and right now positive momentum is with $QSEP..
