First, in the preliminary proxy they used 2015 numbers. Definitive proxy has 2016 post RS numbers. Neither are accurate because according to Sonny's last form 4 he has 19,000.

As far as the OS is concerned there has always been a limit of 250 million total OS since IPO. This is nothing new. I have to ask what is there to be concerned about?

The language you've italicized is the exact same language used in the company's def 14a from 2015. Would seem to be boilerplate.
