Piper Jaffrey as you imply is dead wrong. 6.3 Billion is WAY to mcuh to pay for the assets of BRCM.

And yes, some of what intel spent was 6.3B and some of that went to buy communications companies, but maybe 130 of them together totaled 6.3.

Piper is just dicking around looking maybe to stir up a little investment banking business.
