That was over 4 1/2 years ago, and they are humming along at $0.02 currently. They also diluted heavily after that share buyback, which makes totally no sense - you buy your company shares back at market, then turn loans into cheap shares. Can't fix stupid.
They have a new CEO now, and will soon be renamed. Quite a success for that former CEO.
