I would agree with you that dilution is the only way the company, by itself, can fund operations. On the other hand, if one or more companies are interested in partnering or acquiring the company's products, that could bring in all sorts of cash.

In that we should have product on sale somewhere in a year or less, I believe you're also very wrong about not exceeding a $1 or greater sales price. At a year I'm substantially exceeding the numbers Mediq suggested to posters, but what if they were off dramatically, what if it took 2 years. Would you honestly say that with product sales the company would still be selling for under $1 even with substantial dilution. I simply don't believe that will be the case.

I also don't believe that Mediq and German sales is what made OWCP cancel the Medmar agreement. I believe they cancelled because they recognized that Medmar, with a presents in just a few states with legal medical marijuana couldn't possibly fulfill their commitment to supply all State's in the U.S. where cannabis is legal.

In another company, I know the negotiations for a partnership for a single drug took well over a year to finalize. I believe that OWCP could be in discussions with many other companies who would like to partner, or have some other business relationship with them that would cover as little as a single State in the U.S. to as much as a region of the world that encompassed 2 or more countries. My point is, you don't stop looking just because you have a contract covering Germany.

Mediq as I understand it has rights to expand into other European countries, so even if we eliminate all of Europe, their are still entire continents that haven't been spoken for.

You may be right that Germany will be first, but I'm not certain it couldn't be Israel. For that matter, if a cosmetic approach were taken for the cream, I don't know that it couldn't be sold here in California once the Safety Trial results were announced and a partnership was established for sales here. Remember, California by itself ranks 6th among the worlds top economies by Country. I'm not saying it won't be Germany, nor am I saying some further trials may proceed sales, I'm just saying their may be other possibilities.
