How can the gross profit for cannabis improve if the company is buying wholesale and not cultivating?

How can expenses decrease when the company had to add more than a dozen employees to handle the REc sales..........

The head of REno admitted first day sales was 100,000 and the rest of the stores only 90,000......... clearly that is not enough daily revenue IMHO.
