I have a good friend in the extremely hot Seattle real estate market.....he sells high- end homes in the million dollar market and above. Many of his clients are Chinese buyers or their representatives.....EVERYONE of his bigger listings end with a line of 8's.

For instance, $4,588,888. A few months ago I asked him about it, and he said it represented money and wealth to his most prestigious buyers.

It has worked out VERY well for him.
