I'm not saying that they can or can't sell,
Few months back when we all saw that they had clearance on the 510k ,
I asked some questions and they answer I got back is
CH has clearance on the recording device - which everyone here should know .
And that they are waiting for FDA clearance on software,
which it seems they don't need to start selling ? But eventually do ?

The clearance that Cyrcadia keeps taking about is the recording device
Only going on what was said to me , which seems to correct because it's the only thing
that comes up now on the FDA site
