What? GECO isn't a public company. It a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Ecology GLEC.

The question is, what advantage does that subsidiary status give to the folks running GECO? Does it it allow them to be shady and just manage the subsidiary as a private company or do GeCO's profits directly affect GLEC?

GECO is not a publicly traded company...yet. Maybe someday they will get spun off but that is a ways down the road. First we have to get and keep GECO running efficiently, then we need to get the GLEC filings up to date, then, and only then, is there a possibility that GECO will get listed.
