It's simple Steve! I feel it in my bones. The increase in volume starting at 3:00 almost feels like a PR was dumped at the news service with instructions to release pre market on Monday. In any event, I feel a partner needs to be announced by end of August to have any chance of EU submission/approval by end of calendar year. I realize it's a big leap of faith, however something needs to happen soon. It's been quite for way too long.
