Even uplisting,
updating the Midam issue or
CV payback news will have modest effects. Expect it to keep declining until RXMD management has the true desire to do something about it. Rightfully so, they have their focus on the business and need the capital to grow it.

I could care less about MIDAM issue
CV payback. Yes, important. Best we can hope for is partial CASH payment?
Stock buyback is a non-issue at this point
Paid promo. I think they are leary, gunshy about this. That's unfortunate. They could just release a more in depth, positive press release. That would be a big improvement over the last "plain vanilla", "lukewarm" release
