Federal law supersedes state laws in every case.

If you were an American you would already know that MJ is on the list of dangerous drugs WHICH ARE ILLEGAL at the Federal level. Just because the law is not being enforced does not mean it is legal.

I'm not going to try to explain the facts any further because that would just confuse you.
