Maybe DP doesn't read this board but Alan Brochstein has actually posted on this board in the past. Alan has interviewed DP on multiple occasions.
After it had been debated on this board, Alan eventually posted an article about it calling out the TRTC insiders on the subject. Shortly after that, TRTC rescinded the R/S citing an adverse effect on the stock. That's the way it went down.
