The main thing is the integrity of the CEO. He has not disclosed the truth to the shareholders or auditors.

That is the main concern in my opinion. Gotshalk's involvement proves that this is a Scam. He is still involved and CAMPO has confirmed it. There has not been a 10K or 8K to show otherwise.
