My guess is someone is accumulating in order to sell on the next price spike. look how easily the stock moved on the last "FAKE NEWS" story about "David Walker" even though it wasn't the EIPC CEO David Walker. Someone could quickly get 100, 200, 400% returns if that were to happen again...especially if THEY spread the story or recommended the stock. Can't happen? I saw a company's stock go up 15,000% in a few days because a stock promotion website featured it as their pick of the week (after they accumulated it of course). It didn't even matter that the company had folded years before, the people buying it believed the story being spun.

No matter how many shares bid at 0.0010 it is completely meaningless because nobody wants to Slap out any shares at the asking price (though only 293K shares asking at 0.0014 which cost meager $410)! I bet EIPC will break down 0.0010 very soon and decline back to the previous supporting area 0.0008 ~ 0.0007 or even testing the Bottom 0.0006 again! Anyway the Non-Reporting Same-OTCNI-Tier peer (AFTC) with similar-SS and the similar-Positive-Book-Value is trading at 0.0003 ~ 0.0004 price range for three months.
