There is a reason that all release of information is after hours. It is to let the dust settle on whatever the news is.

Every single Qrtly release is done after hours. If there is a release today it will be at 3:01 CST.

IBM, Intuit, GE, Msoft, Cicso, Google, don't release earnings at 11am. They release after hours at 3:00:01.

Its the way it works!
